By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
Lot No. 8 as known and designated on the recorded plat of Schocke Subdivision in the northeast quarter of Section 3 Township 26 North Range 12 East reference being had to Plat Book 3 Page 173 of the Wells County, Indiana records subject however to the easement for a pipe line granted to Michigan Gas Transmission Corporation under date of April 30, 1936, also subject to all conditions, restrictions and easements mentioned and contained in the certain Declaration of Conditions Restrictions and Easements recorded in Miscellaneous Records 38 Page 408 of the Wells County, Indiana records, also subject to the restrictions contained in the deed of conveyance of the above described real estate from James M. Camall and Mary Carnall husband and wife to Martin Moser and Emma C. Moser, husband and wife dated the 14th day of August 1950 and recorded in Deed Record 91 Page 459 of the Wells County, Indiana records that no buildings shall be constructed within one hundred (100) feet of the front line of said lot.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
