The Wells County Regional Sewer District will hold a public hearing during their monthly board meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 13th, 2019 at the Lancaster Elementary School, located at 275 East Jackson Street North, Bluffton, IN 46714 to present and receive public comments on the District’s 2019 Sanitary Sewer Improvements – Preliminary Engineering Report. The report summarizes the plan for extension of municipal sanitary sewers to existing septic tank relief areas known as Country Club Estates, the unincorporated area of Murray and the Northern Ossian Area that demonstrates the District’s efforts to comply with the requirements of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management’s State Revolving Loan Fund and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) lending requirements. A summary of this report will be presented at this hearing. The completed Preliminary Engineering Report is available for public inspection and review at the following locations:

1. Wells County Health Department – 223 West Washington Street, Bluffton, IN 46714.

2. Wells County Public Library – 200 West Washington Street, Bluffton, IN 46714.

The Public is invited to appear and speak on the merits of the proposed Report and Plan at the public hearing. Written comments concerning the Reports may be filed at anytime prior to the hearing and for a period of ten (10) days following the hearing in the Wells County Health Department.
