By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
The following described real property situated in Wells County, Indiana, to-wit: Lots Numbered Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) as known and designated on the recorded plat of the Town of Kingsland. Also: Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 27 North, Range 12 East, in Lancaster Township, Wells County, Indiana and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence Westerly on the North line of said Northwest Quarter 734.59 feet; thence South deflecting left 89 degrees 59 minutes 37 seconds, 30.0 feet to the point of beginning of this description, said point also known as the northwest corner of Lot 12 in the recorded plat of the Town of Kingsland (Plat Book 2, Page 71); thence continuing South on an extension of the last above described line 150.0 feet; thence West deflecting right 89 degrees 59 minutes 37 seconds, 150.0 a distance of 4.0 feet; thence North deflecting right 90 degrees 00 minutes 23 seconds, 150.0 feet; thence east deflecting right 89 degrees 59 minutes 37 seconds for a distance of 4.0 feet to the place of beginning of this description, containing in all, 0.0138 acre, more or less.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
