SITUATED IN WELLS COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, TO-WIT LOTS NUMBERED TWENTY-FIVE AND TWENTY-SIX (25 & 26) AS KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF THE TOWN OF OSSIAN THIS CONVEYANCE IS SUBJECT TO (A) LEGALLY EFFECTIVE EASEMENTS, RIGHTS OF WAY AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD AND EXISTING STREETS AND HIGHWAYS (B) ALL EASEMENTS COMPLETED AFTER DATE HEREOF (C) THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCES AND ZONING ORDINANCES OF WELLS COUNTY, INDIANA.
