Pamela Marie Culp Sherry, born Jan 17, 1950, in Logansport, Ind., to Orville and Isabelle Culp, passed away July 25, 2018, at St. Mary’s Healthcare in Lafayette, Ind.  She was 68 years old and suffered from dementia with Lewy bodies.

Pam married Max Sherry March 30, 1968, and he survives. She is also survived by three children, Laura Denise (Rick) Peterson of South Haven, Mich., Tina (Troy)Huber of Lafayette, Ind., and Jason  (Holly) Sherry of West Lafayette, Ind.; and two stepchildren, Craig (Tam) Sherry and Pam (David) Vest.

She was preceded in death by two stepchildren, Macherlyn Knopp and Bryan Sherry.

Pam had one brother and nine sisters. Eight of her siblings — Virginia Hartshorne, Bonnie Haug, Shelby Parrett, Norma (Larry) Lewellen, Carolyn Landis, Mary Kay (Keith) Prough of Bluffton, Linda (Steve) Sherry, and Stephen Culp — survive; two of them — Shirley Pepple and Joy Madsen — preceded her in death.

Pam has five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She also has 13 stepgrandchildren and 12 stepgreat-grandchildren.

Pam worked for herself as a housekeeper for 40 years. Her life revolved around her children and grandchildren, taking care of others, attending Christian meetings, and sharing in the ministry on a regular basis. She served faithfully as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 52 years. Pam was always smiling and her smile could light up any room. We look forward to seeing her smiling face again.

A memorial service for Pam will be held at 4 p.m. Aug. 5, 2018, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 4111 Soldiers Home Road, West Lafayette, Ind. A memorial talk will be given by Gene Muston. Flowers may be sent to the same address the day of the memorial service.
