By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
A part of the Northwest quarter of Section 6, Township 26 North, Range 12 East, Wells County, Indiana, described as follows: Starting at the Northeast corner of said section marked by a railroad spike in the pavement of Indiana State Highway 124, thence westerly, 437.0 feet along the north line of said northwest quarter to the place of beginning; thence westerly 223.0 feet on said north line of said Northeast quarter, thence southerly, deflecting left 90 degrees 50 minutes, 40.2 feet to a 10-inch diameter concrete-filled iron pipe post, thence southerly 255.1 feet on an extension of the last described line to a 8-inch diameter concrete-filled iron pipe post, thence easterly, deflecting left 90 degrees 04 minutes, 222.98 feet to a standard corner marker (5/8-inch by 15-inch reinforcing bar stake with aluminum cap stamped Higman, 10025), thence northerly, deflecting left 89 degrees 56 minutes, 251.26 feet to a 10-inch diameter concrete-filled iron pipe post, thence northerly, 40.5 feet on an extension of the last above described line to the place of beginning. CONTAINING 1.50 ACRES more or less.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
