Washington St., in the City of Bluffton, IN at 7:00 o’clock P.M. on the 25th day of July, 2017, for the purpose of reviewing and hearing comment on the request of Private Capital Group Diversified Fund LLC (Bluffton KOA), 126 W Sego Lily Dr., Suite 270, Sandy, UT 84070 for the purpose of a Special Exception & Variance.

Brief Legal: The subject property is described as 36.2 acres in the SE quarter of Section 32 Township 27N Range 12E in Lancaster Township.
