Patricia J. Emenhiser, 81

Patricia Joan Emenhiser, 81, Hoagland, passed away Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, at North Woods Village at Inverness Lakes in Fort Wayne.
She was born Nov. 1, 1933, in Decatur, to Robert and Tracy Hetrick Wolf. She married Charles “Ted” Emenhiser Feb. 3, 1956, in Angola; he survives in Hoagland. She was a homemaker. For several years, she worked as a clerical secretary at the Lincoln National Bank in Hoagland.
Pat was a creative person and shared those talents in numerous ways. She was an avid reader and also enjoyed writing, cooking, and had a love for music.
Survivors include two sons, Kevin Emenhiser of Decatur and Terry (Angela) Emenhiser of Fort Mill, S.C.; two daughters, Roxanne (Rick) Porter of Fort Wayne and Debbie (Bob) Richman of Mishawaka; 10 grandchildren, Nikki (Brandon) Kerby, Clayton (Amanda) Davis, Samantha Porter, Leah Richman, Jenna Richman, Brian Richman, Andrew Richman, Mariah Emenhiser, Alec Emenhiser, and Keila Emenhiser; and four great-grandchildren, Isabel Davis, Milena Davis, Stella Davis, and Gianna Kerby.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Daugherty and Evelyn Reed.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, in the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur with Alec Emehiser officiating. Calling hours are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Concordia Cemetery in Fort Wayne.
Preferred memorials are to the Alzheimer’s Association.
