Brock Rittenhouse said apartments at the Morrow Block building could be ready for tenants as early as October.
The building’s status was a topic of discussion at the meeting of the Bluffton Board of Public Works and Safety on Tuesday. Rittenhouse said crews have been working in the Morrow Block almost every day for months.
