Jim Phillabaum took advantage of an extremely light Board of Public Works and Safety agenda Tuesday afternoon to encourage Bluffton residents to do two things —submit street paving suggestions to members of the Bluffton Common Council and fill out the census forms.
Mayor Ted Ellis has asked council members to let him know of streets in their districts that are in need of repaving. He wants those submitted to him by the end of March.
