Steve’s Landscape Lawn & Garden, 3016 E. SR 124, Bluffton, IN 46714, is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 lAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Steve’s Landscape Lawn & Garden Project, located at 2275 N. Main Street in Bluffton, IN. Runoff from the project site flows through a storm sewer that will discharge to an unnamed open ditch which eventually flows to the Wabash River.
