Chelsea Fischer earns Norwell ICE ‘Student of the Week’ honor

Senior Chelsea Fischer has been selected as Norwell High School’s ICE Student of the Week for the week of May 12, 2008.

Chelsea’s place of employment in conjunction with the ICE Program is Pizza Hut in Bluffton where she washes and restocks kitchenware. Her supervisor is John Patterson.

She is the daughter of Steve and Dr. Joyce Fischer of Bluffton. Following graduation Chelsea plans to work at a day care center and assist with volleyball coaching.

This spotlight award is earned by the ICE students who display outstanding attitudes, academics, attendance, work ethic, and initiative. Recipients of this award must receive rave evaluations from their workplace supervisor who grades the ICE student on 14 various criteria. Norwell’s ICE Program has 80 seniors this year.
