NOTICE OF HEARING FOR BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Wells County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing in Conference Room 214 in the Wells Carnegie Government Annex, 223 W. Washington Street, in the City of Bluffton, Indiana at 7:00 o’clock P.M. on the 27th day of May, 2008, for the purpose of reviewing and hearing comment on the request of Dale M. Thomas, 6852 N 300 West, Uniondale, Indiana for a Variance from the terms of the Wells County Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the following described real estate located (in/at) Union Twp., to-wit:
The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 28 North, Range 11 East, containing 40 acres of land, more or less.
Said application for Variance requests the Wells County Board of Zoning Appeals to allow reduction of front yard setback for an addition in a A-1 Zoned Area. Section 216 Page 50.
