PARK CENTER, 1115 S. Main St., Bluffton. Phone 824-1071. Outpatient counseling for individuals, couples and families. Consultations and services to the courts, schools, social and government agencies, and business and industry. Alcohol and drug services. Homebase, case management services.
JOAN PHELPS Counseling, 604 Greenbriar Drive, Bluffton. Phone 824-9353. Services: Individual, marriage, family counseling; alcohol and drug counseling, groups, presentations, workshops, classes. Career assessments and career counseling.

BEHAVIOR RESOURCE AND RECOVERY CENTER OF WELLS COUNTY
Mental Health Association
The Wells County Mental Health Association provides written resources to individuals so they can choose what they need and directs individuals to locations where they can obtain treatment. The office is at 223 W. Washington St. (Carnegie Building), Bluffton;  hours  are 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; phone is 824-1514. Volunteers in office. The president is Sharon McMillan, the vice president is Nancy Bonham, the secretary is Paul Bonham and the treasurer is Jean Reef. Depression and Alzheimer’s support information and mental health public education. Services include Widow to Widow support program, Christmas Gift Lift for gifts for distribution at Logansport State Hospital, Christmas  cards, parties and a gift for residents of local nursing homes. Education Committee to help improve community’s knowledge and visibility of mental health conditions. Special programs presented throughout the year. Membership open to any Wells County resident.
