Wind farm, CAFO rule changes await Woodward’s vote

The revision of the Wells County Subdivision Control and Zoning Ordinance concerning wind turbines and concentrated animal feeding operations will come before the Wells County Commissioners again Monday morning, and the man with the key vote says he’ll take the weekend to decide what to do.
