You are hereby notified that you have been named as a defendant in the above-captioned matter and that the location and/or address of each of you is unknown to the Plaintiff.
The nature of the matter is a Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Estate located in Wells County, Indiana and described as follows:
LOT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE (23) AS KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF BURWELL AND HALL’S ADDITION TO THE TOWN, NOW CITY OF BLUFFTON.
ALSO, ALL THAT PART OF OUT-LOT NUMBERED FOURTEEN (14) AS KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF THE TOWN, NOW CITY, OF BLUFFTON, LYING EAST OF AND ADJOINING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE L.E. & W. RAILROAD COMPANY (NICKEL PLATE) AND NORTH OF AND ADJOINING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE T. ST. L. & W. RAILROAD COMPANY (NICKEL PLATE)
The Complaint and claim is as against all of the above-named defendants, persons who may claim under said Defendants, all demands, claims, and claimants whatsoever and against the world.
A written answer or response to the Complaint must be made in writing by you or your attorney on or before thirty (30) days after the date of the final publication of this Summons. If you fail to do so, a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded by the Plaintiff in the Complaint.
If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising out of the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert such claim in your written response.
