Steven A. Wiles, 4814 E, 500 S. Wabash, IN 46992 has submitted to the Division of Oil and Gas a request to convert an existing well to a Class II Saltwater Disposal well to be used for the injection of produced brine. This well is located in Section 6, Twp. 25N, Rng. 12E in Wells County, Indiana.
The subject well — Centennial Farms #2, permit #18428 — will be injecting fluid into the Black River limestone within the depth interval of 1331 feet to 1390 feet, into the Knox limestone within the depth interval of 1390 feet to 1486 feet and into the St. Peter sandstone within the depth interval of 1486 feet to 1765 feet at a maximum injection pressure not to exceed 450 pounds per square inch. The maximum injection rate for this well will not exceed 1500 barrels per day.
Written comments and objections concerning the issuance of this permit must be submitted to the Division of Oil and Gas within 15 days from the publication date of this notice and should be mailed to:
