By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 28 North, Range 12 East, Jefferson Township, Ossian, Indiana, described as follows: Starting at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter marked by a brass plug, thence easterly, 1440.2 feet on the north line of said northwest quarter to a PK nail set this survey on the extended westerly right-of-way line of Park Drive as known and designated on the recorded plat of Max Melching Addition to the Town of Ossian, thence Southerly deflecting right 91 degrees 50 minutes 277.0 feet on the westerly right-of-way line of said Park Drive to a 5/8”x16” rebar stake set this survey, which shall be the place of beginning; thence continuing southerly 80.0 feet on the westerly right-of-way line of said Park Drive to a buried stone found this survey at the northeast corner of Lot Number 15 of said Max Melching Addition; thence westerly deflecting right 88 degrees 10 minutes 122.0 feet on the north line of said Lot Number 15 to an iron stake found this survey at the northwest corner of said Lot Number 15, thence northerly deflecting right 91 degrees 50 minutes, 80.0 feet on the east line of Bond Subdivision (now vacated) to a 5/8”x16” rebar stake set this survey; thence easterly, deflecting right 88 degrees 10 minutes, 122.0 feet parallel with the north line of said northwest quarter to the place of beginning. Containing in all 0.22 acre.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
