By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
Part of the North half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 27 North, Range 12 East, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point 3 chains and 64 links North 25 degrees and 30 Minutes West from a point 28 chains and 26 links East of the Southwest corner of the North half of the said Southwest Quarter of Section 33; thence North 25 degrees and 30 minutes West one chain and 29 links; thence East 3 chains; thence South one chain and 6 links; thence South 87 degrees and 30 minutes West 2 chains and 46 links to the place of beginning, containing 31/100 of an acre of land, more or less. ALSO, part of the North half of the Southwest Quarter of Section. 33, in Township 27 North, Range 12 East, bounded as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the tract of land conveyed by Frances L. Deans and her husband to Frannie Witte dated April 22, 1924, and recorded in Deed Record 70, page 525 of the Wells County, Indiana records; thence West 43.2 feet to the Northeast corner of the tract owned by Reuben Miller as described in Deed Record 64, page 526 of the Wells County, Indiana, records; thence South 69.96 feet; thence East to the point due South of the, place of beginning; thence North 69.96 feet to the place of beginning, containing 7/100 of an acre, more or less. Now within the Corporate limits of the City of Bluffton.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
