By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
BEING A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST, BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A POINT IN THE CENTER OF STATE ROAD NO. 3, SAID POINT DESCRIBED AS BEING 1009.5 FEET SOUTH AND 976.2 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION, THENCE GOING SOUTHWEST ALONG THE CENTER OF SAID ROAD A DISTANCE OF 907.5 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG A LINE MAKING AN ENCLOSED ANGLE OF 77 DEGREES 20’, A DISTANCE OF 222 FEET. THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG A LINE MAKING AN ENCLOSED ANGLE OF 105 DEGREES 09’. A DISTANCE OF 121 FEET. THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG A LINE MAKING AN ENCLOSED ANGLE OF 74 DEGREES 52’, A DISTANCE OF 227 FEET TO THE CENTER OF STATE ROAD NO. 3. THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID CENTER LINE, MAKING AN ENCLOSED ANGLE OF 102 DEGREES 39’, A DISTANCE OF 120 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING .60 ACRE MORE OR LESS.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
