PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 25 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST, JACKSON TOWNSHIP, WELLS COUNTY, INDIANA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER FOUND PER RECORD WITNESS; THENCE NORTHERLY 435.00 FEET, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER; THENCE EASTERLY, DEFLECTING RIGHT 89 DEGREES 17 MINUTES 20 SECONDS, 500.00 FEET, PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER; THENCE SOUTHERLY, DEFLECTING RIGHT 90 DEGREES 42 MINUTES 40 SECONDS, 435.00 FEET, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER, TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER; THENCE WESTERLY, DEFLECTING RIGHT 89 DEGREES 17 MINUTES 20 SECONDS, 500.00 FEET, ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 4.99 ACRES.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
