By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Wells County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 26 North, Range 12 East, Wells County, Indiana, described as follows: Starting at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter marked by a railroad spike over a buried stone; thence Westerly 378.71 feet on the South line of said Southeast Quarter to a P.K. Nail at the centerline of an unnamedroadway; thence Northerly, deflecting right 90 degrees 38 minutes 280.71 feet parallel to the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the centerline of an unnamed roadway, which shall be the place of beginning; thence Northerly 88 feet on the centerline of said unnamed roadway, being an extension of said last above described line to an iron pipe stake; thence Easterly deflecting right 89 degrees 22 minutes, 170.0 feet to an iron pipe stake; thence Southerly, deflecting right 90 degrees 38 minutes, 88.0 feet parallel to the East line of said Southeast Quarter; thence Westerly deflecting right 89 degrees 22 minutes, 170.0 feet to the place of beginning. Containing in all 0.34 acre Subject to the right of way of an unnamed roadway. All as shown on a plat of survey number 4099. dated May 18, 1970, by R.K. Highman, Land Surveyor Number 10025, Indiana.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
