ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF WELLS, STATE OF INDIANA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 27 NORTH, RANGE 12 EAST, LANCASTER TOWNSHIP, WELLS COUNTY, INDIANA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: STARTING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER MARKED BY A STEEL BAR FOUND THIS SURVEY PER RECORD WITNESS; THENCE WESTERLY 745.82 FEET ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER TO A PK NAIL SET THIS SURVEY WHICH SHALL BE THE PLACE OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING WESTERLY 228.0 FEET ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER TO A PK NAIL SET THIS SURVEY AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A TRACT DESCRIBED TO “HOOK” DEED RECORD 102 PAGE 101 OF THE RECORDS OF WELLS COUNTY, INDIANA; THENCE SOUTHERLY DEFLECTING LEFT 89 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 25.0 FEET ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID “HOOK” TRACT TO A STANDARD CORNER MARKER (5/8” REBAR STAKE WITH AN ALUMINIUM CAP STAMPED LEWIS 50178) SET THIS SURVEY; THENCE CONTINUING SOUTHERLY 275.0 FEET ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID “HOOK” TRACT, BEING AN EXTENSION OF THE LAST ABOVE DESCRIBED LINE TO A STANDARD MARKER SET THIS SURVEY; THENCE EASTERLY DEFLECTING LEFT 91 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 228.0 FEET PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER TO A STANDARD CORNER MARKER SET THIS SURVEY; THENCE NORTHERLY DEFLECTING LEFT 89 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 275.00 FEET PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID “HOOK” TRACT TO A STANDARD CORNER MARKER SET THIS SURVEY; THENCE CONTINUING NORTHERLY 25.0 FEET BEING AN EXTENSION OF THE LAST ABOVE DESCRIBED LINE TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. CONTAINIING IN ALL 1.57 ACRES.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
