NOTICE OF APPLICABILITY
OF PETITION AND
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-3.2 that a petition and remonstrance process will apply to each of the proposed construction of additions to Bluffton-Harrison Elementary School and the renovation of and improvements to the existing facility, including site work (collectively, the “Project”). The proposed lease for the Project is for a term of 15 years at a maximum annual rental of $2,600,000.
The petition and remonstrance forms for each project may be obtained from the Wells County Clerk Office, County Voter Registration Office at 102 W. Market Street, Suite 201, Bluffton, Indiana, during regular business hours beginning August 15, 2014, twenty-nine (29) days from the date of publication of this notice. Any owners of real property within the Bluffton-Harrison Metropolitan School District and registered voters residing within the Bluffton-Harrison Metropolitan School District who want to petition in favor of or remonstrate against the proposed lease payments for any of the projects must file petitions and remonstrances in compliance with Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-3.2 subdivision (2) through (4) not earlier than thirty (30) days or later than sixty (60) days after the date of publication of this notice.
