(“Duke Energy Indiana”) hereby gives notice that on December 13, 2012, a Verified Petition in Cause No. 44283 was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval of a voluntary green power rider, including an alternative regulatory plan pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.5-1, et seq.
