Clutch 4th-down plays lift Tigers over Manchester

NORTH MANCHESTER — Big plays on fourth down, on both sides of the ball, led the Bluffton Tigers to a 28-21 win over the host Manchester Squires Friday evening.
The Tigers stopped the Squires on fourth down five times and came up with three huge conversions themselves in the second half.
“I thought we were able to impose our will on both sides of the ball, and I was really happy about that,” coach Randy Hudgins said after earning his first win at Bluffton. “We saw it last week, and we’re glad it made a difference this week.
