Board OKs variance, discusses billing policy

The Wells County Drainage Board met Monday morning at the Wells County Carnegie Annex for its regular bi-monthly meeting. The brief meeting consisted of three items of business that was brought to the attention of the board by County Surveyor Jarrod Hahn.
