Bluffton golfers win four-team contest

The Bluffton Tigers were hot on Friday winning a boys’ four-team golf match at the Golf Club of the Limberlost in Geneva.
The Tigers finished their nine-hole rounds with a four-man team score of 181. South Adams was three strokes back with 184. Southern Wells shot 193 and Adams Central 237.
Kaben Kinsey led the Tigers with a 43. Carson Addington followed with a 44. Andrew Wilson shot a 45, while Ethan Kitt and Dalton Cunningham each finished with a 49.
Derek Fox was the medalist for South Adams with a 42. Mark Smith shot a 45, followed by Chase Moser with 48, Mark Muselman 49 and Brad Green 51.
Southern Wells was led by Nick Thompson with 43. Zach Leyman came in with a 47 for the Raiders. Darren Gillum shot a 51, followed by Alex Schmidt with 52 and Jacob Alexander with a 54.
Adams Central’s Blake Pfeiffer ended up with a 51. Josh Theime was next with 52. Jim Everett shot a 57 and Ren Christian added a 77.
