2 bids, 2 pies net $2,600 for Ossian Revitalization

Two pies, prepared and baked in specially designed commemorative plates, earned $2,600 for the Ossian Revitalization Committee during the first night of the annual Ossian Days celebration
The pies — a French creme apple and a very berry — baked by Ossian resident Helen Witte, are sold each year during the pork chop dinner, one of the first events of the annual fair.
